The Process is Simple

The Fine Print
Even the clearest auscultation comes with some background noise. Here's ours:
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs to our service center
- Apex covers the cost of repair, replacement, and return shipping
- Maintaining proof of purchase is the buyer's responsibility
- Warranty is non-transferrable and applies only to the original purchaser
- Damage from obvious misuse falls outside warranty coverage
- Aesthetic changes (scuffs, surface wear, color fading) do not qualify for replacement
- Alterations to the original design void the warranty
- Lost or stolen stethoscopes are not eligible for free replacement
Most warranty claims are processed within 10 business days of receipt—because we understand you can't put care on hold while waiting for equipment.
