Register Your Stethoscope
While not required for warranty coverage, registering your Apex stethoscope provides faster warranty processing, product update notifications, and our genuine appreciation for your loyalty with special discounted replacements if your scope is lost or stolen. Registration is simple: send an email to help@apexbioacoustics.com with the subject line "Stethoscope Registration" and include your name, order number, model and color purchased, date of purchase, and email address for future communications. You'll receive a confirmation email within 2 business days.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Apex stethoscope. If you're not, we offer a straightforward 60-day return window from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, email help@apexbioacoustics.com with the subject line "Return Request" and include your order number and reason for return. We'll send return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number. Package your stethoscope in its original condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. All returns must be shipped using a trackable service with delivery confirmation, with the RA number written on the outside of the package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. For exchanges, simply email help@apexbioacoustics.com with your order number and desired model/color. Once we receive your return, we'll ship your replacement and waive the outbound shipping fee.

Support You Can Count On
Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects and material breakdown through normal clinical use. If your stethoscope needs warranty service, email help@apexbioacoustics.com with the subject line "Warranty Claim" and include your name, shipping address, order number or proof of purchase, and a description with photos of the issue. For covered repairs, you pay return shipping to our service center, we repair or replace your stethoscope, and we cover the cost of shipping it back to you. Most warranty claims are processed within 10 business days of receipt. We also offer free replacement parts for soft components like ear tips and diaphragms—just email help@apexbioacoustics.com with the subject line "Replacement Parts" and include your name, shipping address, and the specific parts you need for your stethoscope model. We'll reply with shipping cost information and payment instructions, and once shipping is paid, replacement parts are typically shipped within 2 business days.
